AFGHAN STYLE - ROBERT SPANGLE
Afghan Style is a study of menswear in Afghanistan.
According to Robert Spangle, the Afghan man is “the most stylish on Earth”. In this quasi-encyclopedic work, at the crossroads of photo reportage and fashion, he analyses the style, silhouettes, colors, materials and accessories of Afghan men.
Produced over several years in two deployments, both before and after the Taliban came to power, it is a 276-pages printed in France by Escourbiac, at the crossroads of photography, reportage and fashion. The book is prefaced by Esquire Magazine’s renowned, editor-in-chief, Nick Sullivan.
